Rock Ridge High School is a public secondary school in Ashburn, Virginia in Loudoun County, Virginia. The school is part of the Loudoun County Public Schools system and is located on 43460 Loudoun Reserve Drive. Rock Ridge's student body is drawn from the Ashburn area.
History
Rock Ridge High School opened in the 2014-2015 school year to relieve overcrowding at Briar Woods High School.
Extracurricular activities
Athletics
Rock Ridge High School offers a nearly complete athletic team repertoire. The school opted not to form a varsity football team for the inaugural year, but all other sports are offered at the varsity level. Rock Ridge also offers a hockey club, like most other schools in the area, it is not an official school sport, however.
