Robert S. Travis

Robert S. Travis (born May 2, 1909 in Platteville, Wisconsin[1]) was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly an the Wisconsin State Senate. During World War II, he served in the United States Army. Travis went to Michigan State University; he was the manager of a dairy product company and was an insurance agent[2] He died on August 15, 1980.
Political career
Travis was elected to the Assembly in 1958. He was elected to the Senate in 1954 and re-elected in 1958. Travis was also a delegate to the 1960 Republican National Convention.
