Robert Parker (historian)
Robert C. T. Parker FBA (born 19 October 1950) has held the Wykeham Professorship in Ancient History at New College, Oxford University since 1996. Before this, he was Tutor in Greek and Latin Languages and Literature at Oriel College, Oxford. He was elected a Fellow of the British Academy in 1998.[1]
