Rippavilla Plantation is an historic site and museum located in Spring Hill, Tennessee. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Residents
Nathaniel Frances Cheairs IV resided on the property along with his wife, Susan Peters McKissack Cheairs until her death. His son William took ownership of the home until he sold it in 1920.[2]
