The Rights and Freedoms Party (Turkish: Hak ve Özgürlükler Partisi, Kurdish: Partiya Maf û Azadiyan, abbreviated HAK-PAR) is a Kurdish nationalist political party in Turkey, led by Fehmi Fırat. The party advocates federalism as a means of increasing Kurdish autonomy in the south-east of the country. For this reason, the party split from the Democratic People's Party (DEHAP) in 2002. The party's head office is in Diyarbakır.

In the local elections of 2014, the party won 43,846 votes and won the municipal mayoralty in Konukbekler, Muş.[1]

The HÖP announced their participation in the 2015 general election, making it the first time the party ever participated in the country's general election.
