Richard Kenneth Fox

Richard Kenneth Fox, Jr. (born October 22, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio) was United States Ambassador to Trinidad and Tobago (1977–79).[1][2] He is a member of the American Academy of Diplomacy.[3]
