Richard Gilpin (priest)

Richard Thomas Gilpin (born 25 July 1939) is an Anglican priest: a former Archdeacon of Totnes.^[1]

He was ordained in 1964.^[2] After curacies at Whipton and Tavistock ^[3] he was Vicar of Swimbridge then in 1973 Vicar of Tavistock with Gulworthy until 1992. He then became the Diocese of Exeter’s Director of Ordinands until his Archdeacon’s appointment.
