Richard Floer
Richard Floer (1767 – 1822) was a Norwegian miner and politician. He was born in Kvikne, and worked at the copper mines in Røros. He represented the Røros Mountain Corps at the Norwegian Constituent Assembly at Eidsvoll in 1814.[1]
