In 2013 Gaspari was presented with the Arnold Classic Lifetime Achievement Award[3]
In March 2014 his first book "51 DAYS NO EXCUSES"[4] was published by Dunham Books. The book is a 51 day challenge to transform your body and mind with a no excuse approach to a lifestyle change. In the book the reader not only receives a daily diet and exercise plan, but stories of overcoming obstacles, personal setbacks, and how to stay motivated in the face of adversity. The book can also be considered Rich's autobiography. In April 2014 the book was translated into Italian: "51 GIORNI SENZA SCUSE", RP Publishing.[5]
