Ricardo Blázquez Pérez (born 13 April 1942) is a Spanish prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He has served as Archbishop of Valladolid since 2010.

On 4 January 2015, Pope Francis announced that he would make him a cardinal on 14 February.[1] At that ceremony, he was assigned the titular church of Santa Maria in Vallicella.[2]

In April 2015 he was appointed a member of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith; and of the Pontifical Council for Culture
