Ribes magellanicum is a shrub found in Patagonia (southern Chile and Argentina).[2]
Two subspecies are accepted:[1]
- Ribes magellanicum subsp. magellanicum
- Ribes magellanicum subsp. parviflorum Sparre, syn. Ribes ovallei Phil.
