Rhododendron aberconwayi (碟花杜鹃) is a rhododendron species native to north-central Yunnan, China, where it grows at altitudes of 2200–2500 meters. It is a shrub that grows to 1.5–2.5 m in height, with leatherly leaves that are oblong-elliptic to broadly lanceolate, 2.5–5 by 1–1.8 cm in size. Flowers are predominantly white.
