Rhinella icterica is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family that is found in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland, rivers, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, plantations, rural gardens, urban areas, and canals and ditches.
