Replica is a 2011 album by Oneohtrix Point Never. Pitchfork placed the album at sixth on its list of the "Top 50 albums of 2011" while Stereogum placed the album at number 17 on its list. Tiny Mix Tapes and the The Boston Globe placed the album first on their respective lists.

Background

Replica is described as a song cycle based around lo-fi audio procured from television advertisement compilations. Lopatin says, "[It] has as much to do with environmental, broadcasted, and club sounds as it does with more direct musical influences." [13] The cover is an illustration by Virgil Finlay from the pulp magazine Weird Tales. It depicts a skeletal vampire looking at himself in a mirror.[14]
