Renown Sports Club is a Sri Lankan football club located in Kotahena, Colombo. Founded in 1981 by Peeris Brothers. With a young team, the Club rose to great heights within a short period. The Club created spectacular news not just in the home front but went on to carve out a name in the International arena as well. Being the first Club to bring back a Foreign Tournament Cup (Pomis Cup in Maldives 1987).
