René Mourlon (12 May 1893 19 October 1977) was a French athlete who mainly competed in the 100 metres.

He competed for France at the 1920 Summer Olympics held in Antwerp, Belgium where he won the silver medal in the men's 4 x 100 metre relay with his team mates René Lorain, René Tirard and Émile Ali-Khan. He also competed at the 1912 Summer Olympics and the 1924 Summer Olympics.[1][2]
