Reina de Mi Tierra is an annual national beauty contest founded in 2008 by Extra Journal in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The current Reina de Mi Tierra is Mireya Levy, from Tulcan, Carchi. She won the title on October 23, 2010.[1]

Format

Reina de Mi Tirra starts with the cantonal election from the 24 provinces of the country, then in the final night the judges chose just 20 semifinalist and then the top 5, and the winner. The winner has the right to compete in Miss Ecuador.

"Unite our World with Beauty!" is the slogan.
