Reggie Dennis Benjamin Moore (born March 31, 1981) is an American-born Angolan basketball player. A 6 ft 6in power forward, he graduated from Oral Roberts in 2003. Two time all conference first team at Oral Roberts. Played against Kikas Gomes in College for 2 Years vs Valparaiso- (Angola National team captain) Played in Norway, USBL (under coach John Starks), Germany and Portugal. Was brought to angola by former teamate in portugal Luis Costa. Was Instrumental in being the first foreign player for the new team libolo and winning 2 conecutive angolan cups in the first 2 years of the clubs existence. Left-handed, he is able to play 4 man and be a banger inside or play the outside as a 3 man. Solid 3-point shoot. Very strong when finishing around the basket. An excellent leaper, he likes to finish with a dunk. A great all-round player. Tough, tough on defence, both in the post and on perimeter players, able to guard positions 3–5. Aggressive rebounder on both ends of the floor.[1]

He is currently playing for Angolan side Primeiro de Agosto at the Angolan basketball league BAI Basket.

In 2012, Reggie Moore was granted Angolan citizenship, thus being eligible to play for the Angolan national squad He is the only U.S. citizen in the history of the country's existence to ever be granted Angolan nationality.He went on to help Angola win Afrobasket 2013 and reestablishing angola as the best in africa.
