Red Wood Pigeon (Italian: Palombella rossa) is a 1989 Italian comedy drama film written and directed by Nanni Moretti.[1]
The film won the Nastro d'Argento for best original story.[2]
Plot summary
Michele is an official of the Italian Communist Party, which suddenly is struck by amnesia. The young man tries to regain the memory going to play water polo, his favorite sport. In the memories that resurface, Michele begins to have a clear idea of Italy of his time.
