Rebujito
Rebujito is a cocktail that mixes Sherry (Manzanilla or Fino) and soft drinks. Rebujito is a common drink in Andalusia. It is a typical drink of the Feria de Abril (Seville).
Origin
In the Victorian age, it was known as the Sherry Cobbler[1]
