Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems
Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services[1] (RIIS, IIS) is a business of Raytheon Company. It is led by Lynn Dugle and its headquarters is located in Dulles, VA, United States.[2] In 2010, this business unit produced revenues of US$2.8 billion, and had approximately 9,200 employees, of whom 80% have received security clearances from the US government. [3]
History
The site at Garland, Texas was formerly E-Systems. Another former E-Systems location, in Greenville, Texas, was also owned by Raytheon IIS from the late 1990s through 2002, when it was then sold to L-3 Communications for US$1.13 billion, becoming L-3 Communications Integrated Systems.
