Raymond's Bar-B-Que Cafeteria

Raymond's Bar-B-Que Cafeteria is a restaurant in Dallas, Texas (USA) that serves Texas-style barbecue cafeteria-style. Originally Underwood's when it opened in 1964, the restaurant changed named when longtime employee and former owner Raymond Erwin purchased the business in 1981. Raymond's is also locally famous for using 'Sour Dressing' instead of sour cream in the macaroni salad, which adds a distinct flavor to the dish.

The Dallas Morning News calls Raymond's "a Northeast Dallas institution."[1]
