Ray Robert Bray was a defensive lineman who played eleven seasons in the National Football League. He was in the Navy from 1943-1945. If he had played those years many believe that he would be in the Canton Ohio Pro Football Hall of Fame. He received more nominations for the Hall of Fame than anybody who was not in the Hall of Fame until 1960.
