Oliver Biney (August 8, 1983) is a British professional wrestler currently working under the ring name Rampage Brown. He mostly works throughout the European and British wrestling promotions. However, Biney briefly worked for American promotions World Wrestling Entertainment and its developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling from 2010-2011 and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in September 2014.
From October 20, 2014, Brown participated in TNA British Boot Camp, making it to the final three alongside Mark Andrews and Kay Lee Ray.
