Career

Sheriff began his career in the youth teams at Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. After being released from the Spurs academy in 2012, Sheriff joined Norwich City after a successful trial. He was appointed captain of the U21 side and played 19 times in the Professional Development League in 2012-13. However, he was released at the end of the season.

In 2013-14, Sheriff played for Cockfosters and Northwood.[2] In 2014-15 pre-season, he had trials with Barnet[3] and VVV-Venlo.[4]

Later in 2014-15, he signed for Harrow Borough before joining Haringey Borough.
