Bala Ramayanam is a 1996, mythological Telugu film directed by Gunasekhar and Produced by M. S. Reddy, the film starred N. T. Rama Rao Jr. as Lord Rama. The film received the National Film Award for best children's film.[2]

Plot

The story dealt with Lord Rama and his retaliation over Ravana, in which all the characters played in the film were child artists.

Production

The film has all child actors, about 3,000 in number. They are chosen from 25-30 schools in and around Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
