Ralph Young is an American football coach in the United States.

Early life

Young was born in Clearwater, Florida. He went to Parsons College in Fairfield, Iowa, and played as a linebacker in the Parsons Wildcats college team under coach Chelo Huerta.[1]

Coaching career

Coach Young was the head college football coach for the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs located in Marshall, Minnesota. He held that position for the 1971 and 1972 seasons. His coaching record at Southwest Minnesota State was 3 wins and 17 losses. As of the conclusion of the 2010 season, this ranks him #9 at Southwest Minnesota State in total wins and #10 at the school in winning percentage (.150).[2]
