Ralph J. Parker (December 17, 1867 in Frankford Township, Minnesota – December 27, 1922 in Rochester, Minnesota) was a Minnesota politician and a Speaker of the Minnesota House of Representatives. Parker served as county attorney for Fillmore County from 1903 to 1909, and was elected to the Minnesota House of Representatives in 1914. He became speaker in 1917, and held the position until 1919. In 1922, Parker fell ill. He was sworn in as a judge for Minnesota's 10th Judicial District on December 22, 1922, but died five days later.[1]
