Rajko Žižić (January 22, 1955 – August 7, 2003) was a Serbian and Yugoslav basketball player from Nikšić. The 6'11", 243 pounder[1] represented Yugoslavia at the 1976 Summer Olympics, the 1980 Summer Olympics and the 1984 Summer Olympics, winning silver, gold and bronze respectively. He died on August 7, 2003 from a heart attack.[2]
