Rajendran Absolem Christy is a former Indian hockey player. He was the goalkeeper of the Indian hockey team that won the gold medal in the 1964 Summer Olympics at Tokyo, Japan.[1][2] and the bronze medal in the 1968 Summer Olympics at Mexico city, Mexico.[3] They also won the silver medal in the 1962 Asian Games at Jakarta, Indonesia.[4]
He is an alumnus of Bangalore Military School. As a mark of respect,the school Hockey ground is named after him.
