Raja Toumi (born 3 April 1978 in Tunis)[2] is a Tunisian handball player. She plays for the Norwegian club Byåsen HE and is captain for the Tunisian national team.[3]

She was captain for the Tunisian team at the 2009 World Women's Handball Championship in China,[4] where Tunisia placed 14th.
