Raimonds Miglinieks (born July 16, 1970, in Riga, Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic, USSR) is a retired Latvian professional basketball player.
Career
Standing at 1.88 m, he was a point guard with excellent court vision, which allowed him to lead the 2001 Euroleague in assists with 7 per game.
He has played in the Euroleague for Śląsk Wrocław and CSKA. Miglinieks also played college basketball in the United States at the University of California, Irvine. He was the Big West Conference men's basketball player of the year in 1996.[1]
Miglinieks was a regular member of the Latvian national basketball team and part of the squad that finished 8th in the 2001 Eurobasket.
