Rafael Zepeda

Rafael Zepeda Martínez (born August 22, 1961 in Mexico City) is a Mexican long-distance runner. Degree in Physical Education, Sports Sciences Diploma, Certified Trainer by FMAA (Federación Mexicana de Asociaciones de Atletismo), Elite athlete, he won gold at the 1987 CAC Championships in the 10,000 meters – his time of 29:46.62 was the best time since the first edition in 1967.[1]
