Rachel Jessica Huxtable (born 17 June in Melbourne) is an author, speaker, media producer, actress and philanthropist.

She grew up in Melbourne, Australia and graduated from university with a degree in drama and communications. Huxtable writes and teaches about spirituality, personal development and creative entrepreneurship. She is the founder of RJH Group International and the author of three empowering books. Huxtable is also a media producer and entrepreneur. In 2009, she founded film production company PMU Productions and in 2012, she founded eatbeautiful.org, a wellness site dedicated to women in search of inner health and happiness.

She began her career as an actress in 2004 in role on ABC sereies Scooter: Secret Agent, followed by roles on Australian feature film Hating Alison Ashley, starring Saskia Burmeister and Delta Goodrem and Boytown. She also played the role of Dorothy in Melbourne Fringe Festival 2008 show We're Off To See Van Gogh and went on to star in numerous primetime Australian TV series including Neighbours, Thank God You're Here and Wilfred. Huxtable made a second appearance in Neighbours in 2012 as Belinda Ferry.[1]

Huxtable produced her first film Sandwich in 2010 in which she also plays the lead, Kelly. The film debuted at the Dungog Film Festival in May 2011. She went on to write, produce and star in the film For Evie in 2012 which won Silver at the annual ACS Awards for Cinematography in the Ficitonal Shorts Category.
