The RP Mall is one of the famous shopping malls in the city of Kollam, Kerala, Owned by one of the business tycoons in India, Dr. B. Ravi Pillai's RP Group.[2][3][4] RP Mall was formerly known as K-Mall (Kollam Mall) and was the first mall venture from Malabar Developers and first of it's kind in South kerala.[5][6] Kollam was the third city in Kerala (after Kochi and Kozhikode) to adopt the shopping mall culture.[7] The 2,10,000 sq.ft Mall is strategically located on Kollam's high street, on NH 47, solely catering to a catchment of over 2.6 million consumers.
The mall holds a 2 screen multiplex theatre run by Carnival Group at the top floor[8] and a 15 kitchens Food Court from Floret Group. The one and only bowling alley in the city of Kollam is located at RP Mall. So many famous brands like Reliance, Basics Life, Ray-Ban, Navigator etc. have shops in the mall. The mall is managed by famous Beyond the Squarefeet Group.[9][10]
