Rangaswamy Dhruvanarayana (known as R. Dhruvanarayana) is an Indian politician. He is member of 16th Lok Sabha of India. He represents the Chamarajanagar constituency of Karnataka and is a member of the Indian National Congress.[1]

He was elected to Karnataka legislative assembly by defeating JD(secular) candidate A.R.krishnamurthy by single vote difference in 2004 from Santhemarahalli constituency. He was again elected to Karnataka legislative assembly from Kollegal constituency. In 2009 he was elected to 15th Loksabha from Chamarajanagar constituency.

His alma matter is B.Sc. (Agriculture), M.Sc. (Agriculture)and educated at University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka.
