Quick (dance group)

Quick is a hip hop dance group. The group started 2007 and currently has three members. The crew won the second series of Norway's Got Talent show Norske Talenter.

Background

They started dancing career at an age of 14 in 2005 by joining Dancing Youth (Da-Yo) at X-Ray, a youthclub in Grünerløkka in Oslo. Later on they also were part of The Vibe, also a well known Hip Hop dance academy in Norway.

In 2007 they decided to start their own crew. Under management of Ibrar Malik, Suleman and Bilal's elder brother, they registered their own dance academy Elite Hip Hop and formed Quick with their childhood friend Nasir Sirikhan. Later on also Kim Daniel, who was a b-boy joined them. They started their own dance trainings at Trosterudklubben, a local youth club, where they quickly formed their own unique style.

They started competing in 2007, and their first win was at the Norwegian National Championship in Streetdance, and since then, they have only won and taken top positions in all the competitions they have been in:

Quick has appeared frequently in the media, specially after winning the 2009 Norway's Got Talent. Since then they have performed at the biggest stages of Norway including the VG TOPP 20 concert, Festspillene i Bergen, NRJ In The Park, and also appeared in different TV shows and programs. They also did a Michael Jackson tribute as an opening show of the popular TV show called "Skal Vi Danse", where they were also hired as choreographers for the competing couples.

For the past years they have been traveling the world teaching workshops and doing showcases.
