Elections were held in the Australian state of Queensland on 29 March 1941 to elect the 62 members of the state's Legislative Assembly. The Labor government of Premier William Forgan Smith was seeking a fourth term in office.

Results
The election saw a swing to Labor from the 1938 election, although it lost three seats.

- 1 634,916 electors were enrolled to vote at the election, but 5 seats (8.1% of the total) were uncontested—4 Labor seats (2 more than in 1938) representing 38,607 enrolled voters and one Country seat representing 10,162 enrolled voters.
- 2 Due to the illegal status of the Communist Party of Australia at the time of the election, its candidates stood as "Independent Socialists".
