Quỳ Châu is a rural district of Nghe An province in the North Central Coastal region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 52,403.[1] The district covers an area of 1,074 km². The district capital lies at Tan Lac Town.[1]
A 200-page book in an ancient Tai script was discovered in Mường Dan Village on February 2007.[2]
