Qarabulaq (known as Martunashen until 1992)[1] is a village and municipality in the Goygol Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 252.
Before the Nagorno-Karabakh War, it was previously populated by Armenians.[2] Its Armenian population was forcefully evicted and deported by Soviet special forces during Operation Ring[2]
