Qara Bashlu Rural District (Persian: دهستان قره باشلو) is a rural district (dehestan) in Chapeshlu District, Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,118, in 1,212 families.[1] The rural district has 29 villages.
