Qaim Bharwana

Qaim Bharwana is a town of the Jhang district in the Punjab province of Pakistan.

The town is famous for the Bharwana sub-clan of the Sial tribe and Awans. Near Qaim Bharwana, Chak Dharopah is very famous for the old buildings showing the culture and heritage of Muslim history. Currently there is a government high school (now English Medium), a girls high school, a veterinary hospital and a dispensary for human side. There is a public library, which has never been functional; its building lies in ruins.

Qaim Bharwan is famous for its animal selling point (Mandi Mawashian) every Monday, and the three-day procession of Moharram every year, when Jhang-Multan Road closed for almost 4 hours, from Mohram-ul Hram 5-7. It is linked with local route to Waryam Wala station and Toba Tek Singh. There are 5 jamia Masjid for different sects.
