Purple teal and green ribbon

The Purple teal and green ribbon , like similar awareness ribbons, is worn or displayed to support those who suffer with Medullary sponge kidney and to raise awareness of the disease.[1]

The three colours represent aspects of the rare disorder. Purple represents the disease's rarity; Teal represents the misunderstood nature of the disease and the chronic pain it causes in rare cases; Green represents chronic kidney disease.
