Puri Zila School (Oriya: ପୁରୀ ଜ଼ିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍କୁଲ୍) is a government educational institution imparting education in high school level and one of the oldest school in Odisha, India. The school was established in 1853 in the holy city of Puri and was originally located in Kundheibenta Sahi. Puri Zila School moved to another building which later converted to Samanta Chandra Sekhar College, Puri. Puri Zila School moved to its current location on Station Road in 1958.
It imparts quality teaching facilities in Humanities, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences etc. The main objective of this institution is to empower its students with knowledge in different fields. Puri Zila School also ensures physical, mental and moral development of the students. The school has also got state of the art indoor and outdoor games and sports facilities which inspires students to be physically fit. There are also many other societies and activities like N.C.C., Red Cross, Scouts and Guides etc. to induce enthusiasm and feeling of national integration in the students.
