Pump It Up Fiesta 2
Pump It Up Fiesta 2 (also known as 2013 Fiesta) is a dance simulation arcade game developed by Korean coin operated machine developer Andamiro. It is the 24th iteration in the Pump It Up series, and the third game in the Fiesta series, following the 2010 arcade game Pump It Up Fiesta and its expanded version, Fiesta EX, released in late 2012. Just like Fiesta, Fiesta 2 has a dual interface, consisting of a Basic Mode and a Full Mode (accessed through a System Modifier or by using a USB drive), gameplay is pretty much the same as Fiesta, however it received a significant graphic change.
Like its predecessors, the game features a large number of K-pop music that has been popular in the last year, most notably artists like Big Bang, 2NE1 and Kara, among others. Also for the first time, the game will feature a much more varied selection of international music from countries such as Thailand, Indonesia and popular Latin American music that were world hits of the time, such as "Rabiosa" from Shakira's Sale el Sol, although it has been announced that those songs will be exclusive to Latin American versions of the game. Original artists from previous mixes like MAX, Doin and SHK are also returning. The game also features several crossover songs form the American Pro series, as well as their latest release, Pump It Up Infinity.
The 1.60 update introduced the song Yeo Rae A from SID-Sound, with a Background Animation hinting at a new series upcoming.
Prior to this version, Andamiro has decided to test Fiesta 2 in Japan. So far the response to the game has been positive with the main concern being the user interface. There are two test locations being made. First at Yokohama, Kanagawa Perfecture last October 18, 2014 and at Club Sega in Akihabara, Japan by two separate dates: October 26, 2014 that's been supported by CAPCOM and October 30, 2014 also been supported by NAMCO. Game instructions in both sides of the machine are written in Japanese as well. To follow along with the location test, they use the hash tag #PIU_JP to support the game for Japanese audiences.
