Puff Puff (sexual term)

Puff-puff is a predominantly Japanese term for the placing of a person's face between a woman's breasts, often for sexual pleasure.

Puff puff (ぱふぱふ pafu pafu) comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for a woman rubbing her breasts in someone's face; the term can also be used for a woman juggling her own breasts. "Puff-puff" is one of the special attacks available in many of the Dragon Quest games.[1] It also features in the Japanese animation Dragon Ball; references to the act were removed from the American broadcast of the anime.[2] One reference of the act was also removed from the American release of Dragon Quest.[3] The term was originally coined by Akira Toriyama.[4]
