The Province of Arezzo or Arretium (Italian: Provincia di Arezzo) is the easternmost province in the Tuscany region of Italy. Its capital is the city of Arezzo.

It has an area of 3,232 square kilometres (1,248 sq mi) and a total population of about 350,000 in 39 comuni (singular: comune). As of 30 June 2005, the main comuni by population were:
