Progër is a municipality in the Devoll District, Korçë County, southeastern Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 3,988.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Progër, Mançurisht, Cangonj, Pilur, Vranisht, Bickë, Rakickë and Shyec.[3]
