"Prodigal Son" is a single from American musician Kid Rock. It is the third and final single from his second studio record The Polyfuze Method.
In 1994, "Prodigal Son" was a promotional single for the Fire It Up Extended Play. "Prodigal Son" was later completely re-recorded and released on The History of Rock in 2000 along with a shorter version of the original "3 Sheets to the Wind".
Prodigal Son was also released on July 94 Bootleg Tape (Bootleg Series).
