Principality of Laàs

The principality of Laàs is an initiative of the mayor of Laàs, Jacques Pédehontaà, in August 2011, to protest against the projects of administrative reform of the French government.[1]

In May 2014, the principality is registered as a non-profit association in the Prefecture of Pau.[2] In August 2014 it presents three animation projects including a Hollywood Walk of Fame-like boulevard.[3]
